don't know why this dn is getting such low resale estimates.
It is a strong comb of keywords, personally I think it's got more potential. I 'd try and market it for $200-$300 undeveloped

If you develop just even a simple site listing current offers of low APR on balance transfers by major banks/credit cards (based in the USA) ....you could start making good sum via Google adsense in a few short months and then you are also much more likely to get good offers from major players in the market.
