What i want:

Background Colour: Brown (or any other colour that matches the theme..)
Text: RantsForum
Slogan: Release your anger!
Text colour: White (or any colour you think matches with the background colour)

I like your banner Nick but the Rants Forum text is too big :-( and i can't really see the "Release your anger!" part.. Would it be ok if you could make a few changes ?

Maybe if you could make "Rants Forum" smaller and centerize it

What is the exact size you would like the banner? Did you wnat it to fill the whole top? Drop into where the current banner is?
