Who is the banner designer?

I'm not great at creating banners, will he/she be able to do it all? How much does he/she charge per banner and how many "re-do's" will he/she allow?

The designer will do banners for $10 each, they will do 5 revisions on each banner and i also have a list of other great designers if he is not able to fufill the work at any point.
