parties. I would take more time to sell this name,
promote it more so the word gets out.

As for an appraisal, 10k would be a minimum.

If you're getting that traffic and that ranking
doing nothing, imagine what some promotion would
do? Think of all the cross-promotion you could
do to baseball fans. Google adsense on every page.
Baseball email newsletter. Targeted audience.
Advertisers. And all the content is provided by
the posters, the site just has to be moderated and
maintained.

Good long term potential for the buyer of this one.

Seriously folks, does anyone even need to look at the site for this, which is nothing less than gravy on top with the rankings? This domain is nothing short of spectacular, and (as if it needs saying) one of the best forum names out there.

yeah me neither!, the domain itself is really worth an easy 20k and could become a nationally recognized site making BIG $$$$ with such a perfect domain and being #1 in google is huge too, its because your name is THE exact case match for the search obviously..truly nice domain, WOW

I would contact MLB as a possible end-user on this one!

So this is effectively a forum with 100 uniques per day, 158 members and about 1,000 real posts. It is ranked 2nd for "baseball forum", and yet still only does 100 uniques a day..

I think the whole site is worth about $4,000, the domain accounting for about $3,700 of that. I don't know if this has been sold yet or not, but I think anything over $5,000 is a good price. Then again, developed properly, you would have the right to demand $20k+.
