Any input as to the value of these 2 names? I registered them today. How did I do?

(Note that "webgavel" is intended as an auction site.)

webgavel.com -website auction site, needs time/money to promote, IS a .com, $50 as is.

be-rich.com -decent even with the hyphen, mlm/wealth fantasy website(TM), not too hard to develop, $75-200 as is.
