.be transfers

I have 3 .be domains registered at registerfly.com, since the registerfly is in crisis i want to transfer these 3 domains from them.

Does any one know where can i transfer these .be domains? i tried at godaddy but they are not offering .be transfers.

whois record shows the following:

Organisation: Tucows Inc.
Website: www.tucowsinc.com

should i contact tucows?
