This is an opportunity to own a very unique website, one that can grow very quickly. I am only selling because of a lack of time to promote it and expand it. I sell it a bit reluctantly because of its potential.
BTE is a unique experience for the end user as it gives them a chance to promote or "award" their favorite threads from their favorite forums. Some will use the "award" system which is designed to bring traffic back to BTE from even more users who then may turn around and do the same, if all works correctly it can and should bring an enormous amount of traffic once promoted. Once the end user is back at BTE then they can discuss these popular threads with others who may have never seen them before. The growth to this point has been mostly by word of mouth and the reciprocal nature of placing the "award" into a popular thread, its also getting some search engine traffic already. The only promotion I have done was offer some NP$ at NP for posts, this gained very little participation (I didn't offer alot).
Age of site: about 3 months
Traffic: right now about 10-14 uniques a day
Revenue: none to speak of, maybe a $ or two (adsense returns very good ad results)
Notes: The forum runs in HTML mode (very search engine friendly) using SimpleMachines. The design is a free theme found on the SimpleMachine forums and modified in color, I have added adsense spots, link/partner menu and a contact page. I made the logo but it sucks, you would probably want someone to design you one! I have also broke down the HTML of the theme into a header and footer "include" so adding additional custom pages will be easy.

Google PR: currently 0 but using iwebtool it shows a predicted PR4 on the next update, not bad for a new site. Again the nature of the site is to place links back to it with the BTE "award" and I have also added a link to it in the "links" page of other sites I have sold recently.
Additional info: Serious offers only please, this is a very unique opportunity and I'm pricing it likewise. Also, you are responsible for moving the site, I will help in any way I can. It is on a cPanel server for an easy WHM move if you also have cPanel.
