I had the misfortune of buying a name from a member here who used BlueRazor.com (another Godaddy scam) as a registrar.

Most of us already know that Godaddy cheats customers by putting an ADDITIONAL 60 day lock on names. Now they are apparently charging $9.95 for INBOUND TRANSFERS!!!!!

Oh, but of course you get a lot of added value for that... like the opportunity to pay $3 more for your domains than eNom... and "The assurance of ICANN accreditation." This is not a joke, this is what's actually on the screen!

I will be sure never to buy another name registered there. If you're a seller, do your customers a favor and transfer out as soon as possible.

Bob Parsons, you're an embarrassment to registars.

Interesting, I have a domain name that was pushed from BlueRazor to a regular GoDaddy account a few months ago without any fees. This is something new or did you somehow end up paying a $10 membership fee for BlueRazor?

eNom is $3 more? Oh you mean on certain domains like .biz or .us (or info right now) certainly not $3 more on .com/.net

It said a "must pay" fee, with "annual" in small letters. I wasn't buying anything else.

When I clicked the "features" you get for paying the $9.95 it said that .com registrations are $9.95 (vs. 6.95 at eNom). About the same for .info, which is $3.95 at eNom.

Yeah that's a BlueRazor annual membership fee. You just joined if you paid it.

Apparently GoDaddy has stopped allowing pushes to and from BlueRazor, I wonder when that happened.

I feel really sorry for WWD resellers these days with their annual fee.
