I bought bhc.com a little while ago with great intentions. It is a spectacular domain with a ton of things going for it. It used to be a kite site. I have reaped in some of the old links and traffic is pretty nice. There are quite a few pr4 pages, with a few pr5's. It has links in the dmoz directory, google directory, excite directory and yahoo directory! Pretty well every important directory on the net.

It has been running around 140 visits per day with about 10-20% being type-ins.
It is making between $2-3 per day with the ads on it.
It is nowhere even close to full potential. I was going to turn it into something to do with blogs or hobbies, but I have about 5 other projects going, and a few domains I need to buy. I am definately looking for low $xx,xxx minimum.
It is very rare to find good 3 letter domains, especially established in search and directories. Ending in the letter 'c' makes it even more valuable as it could stand for 'company' or 'corporation'. There appears to be a gazillion sites using these letters. The guys over at buydomains.com want $22k for the .net.
I may consider $10k cash plus some decent domains, but not carved in stone.
PM or post any interesting offers. Thanks.
