Yeah, the crappy LLL.biz usually have a minimum of $35 each and up. Some of the better combinations have gone for $x,xxx now. Of course you're gonna have to shell out $x,xxx,xxx for one I know of.

I don't like them, but maybe you could get $50 for them, because short domains are paying high

as time progresses any three letter domain will hold value, just as long as ....time is on your side............:sleep:

As a rule 3-letter names can make good acronyms for companies so yes LLL.biz should be worth something, at least more than reg fee. Especially good letter combos. 'Bad' (*) letters will have fewer possibilities.
I would choose .us over .biz because... well .biz often sounds like a second-rate attempt to secure a name that you couldn't have in .com and the TLD has never been truly accepted but, as the saying goes 'end users rule' :greenshy:
If you can have them for low-$$ why not purchase a few and wait.

(*) bad letters depend on language too. Q would be good in Canada (Québec)
