and stop the hackers...........why is it most hackers seem to be from that hole ?

Yeah you can try to block regions but there are plenty of proxy sites available and they can just use those to bypass it.

Hacking is an english word.If you are using known scripts check for updates.
There are too many young people here and the schools are on holiday

? Anyway blocking ip certainly won't stop hackers...regular people can easily bypass it. Surely there are other words for hackers/nerds in other languages too...

True they are now coming through on a script kiddie via proxies,nothing you can do but keep fixing patches.
