Bobe.net BIN: $150

I will buy it for BIN but first need you to move it to a normal registrar - Domainsite, Enom, Moniker. I will add those $7 to the price. I really can anymore take the hassle with transfer out from those pseudo-registrars...

Sold at BIN with no conditions.

PM me your paypal info.

any more stats at all ??

I offer $200 if push will be from Enom, Moniker or Domainsite

I don't think a BIN works that way.

You had conditions and I didn't.

If you offer 10k it won't matter, I bought it with no conditions.

I bought it for BIN first, it is up to seller if he wants to transfer to another registrar first, and for this hassle I offered him some premium. Yet again - I posted "SOLD for BIN" first, there is no rule like "with conditions a bid is invalid" - so it is up to the seller. Not that I do give much fcuk about it, just for a principle...

Edit: Bob said it best below. Seller has a right to accept or deny the offer with conditions.

You stipulated that the name must be moved to a different registrar. Unless this term was negotiatied, then you have no leverage in demanding what the seller does and does not do. Your post was in essence a "counter offer".

"I'll take it for $150 IF AND ONLY IF you move it to another registrar".

This was not part of the seller's offer, and was subject to the seller's approval.

Somebody else came along and said that they would take the name regardless of the registrar.

I see nothing wrong with what transpired.

I agree with that...

Hi, all... sorry for the delay had a meeting this morning.

I'm a firm believer in BIN means Buy-it-Now.
And the first offer to BIN without the additional cost or trouble of pretransfering was nitronet's.

Thus, I'm going to sell it to him.
Sorry Denny, but thanks for the offer.

This is all you have to do... buy the name at the BIN and just have afflucky unlock the name. You can then send a transfer request from enom to your account and you pay for the reg fee. That simple Denny should win at BIN

sometimes its not that easy
but its not hard to get the domain away from website.in

True, true. I.e. to get domain out from 1&1 took me 2 month, and I have one .org domain @ safenames and this one is impossible to transfer out, because they do not tell the Authinfo code.

Never heard of them, there is too many pseudo-registrars. I prefer to have no domain than spend hours writing emails and beeing angry, have had this enough. There is a lot of domains which I would buy here but do not because of "wrong" registrar.

Just checked, yes, I had a lot of domains there and transfered without even logging there because domains was unlocked...
