Just acquired this one and am going to develop it into a major forum site. All other extensions are taken, great keywords for PPC, decent type in traffic but most the value lies in development.

What do you guys think the name alone is worth?

I'd be interested to know the type in traffic - I've always been skeptical on how much good .net names get.

Excellent domain - as it stands I think high xxxx. Development brings way more, and sales of weight equipment and suppliments will "suppliment" your income. However, if you intend to compete with the .com, you will have a job on your hands!
