Yeah. Remember when a whole bunch of us got billed for 2 letter .info's when they mistakenly removed the block on them and Dotster's system allowed us to reg them.
IIRC they were even in the zone file for a while before the registry spotted it's error and pulled them all.
The restiction is SUCH a stupid idea. But that's ICANN for you.
