closed BostonApartment.org appraisal please

I'm creating a network of real estate sites for Boston & might sell off 1 or 2 of the domains to fund it.

I just bought BostonApartment.org

The .com & .net are owned by the same company & I think they opted to not buy it from the previous owner because suddenly it dropped & I was able to buy it.

Since I just bought it (at reg fee) I don't have real stats

but supposedly Boston Apartment is search 1,136.0 a day average
mainly because it's a huge College Town & students are looking for apartments all year round.

Anyway any appraisals are appreciated. I am looking for end user prices. I am in the Boston area currently & would only be looking to sell to a local company not a reseller.
