I purchased a name from BuyDomains.com 3 days ago, sent some e-mail to buydomains & namemedia staff, got response, but the login detail still not received on my e-mail. Is it normal? Anyone has purchased name from them (buydomains / afternic) before and experienced the same thing as me?

Update: finally i received the email.
