Hello, like i said in the subject, I purchased a domain before it was a trademark. Few months later the company came out with a trademark on the name. I was contacted by them b/c they wanted to buy it off me but when i mentioned to use lawyers they got pissed and haven't called back since. I haven't heard from them for a few years. I figure if they could of done something they already would have to get the domain name. The bought all surrounding domains. I'm about to open the site up with content. My question is, can they do nething about it considering that I had the name before there was even a trademark?

I don't think they have a leg to stand on if you can document what you have stated. For TM to be upheld, the holder has to vigorously defend it. Contacting you after the fact and then nothing for a couple of years? I don't think they quailify. :)
