I am the owner of Picya.com and Picya.net. I am looking for someone to help me efficiently liquidate both of the domains.
PICYA stands for Pacific Inter-Club Yacht Association, and as a matter of fact they are using domain picya.org for their official site. I haven't contacted them yet, But I am sure that an experienced seller/broker can sell my names to them for a good amount(Obviously it is a millionaire's club).
The Domain can also be used for Image hosting site (like photobucket.com) or a photo rating site or a dating site etc. The domain is good - possibilities are unlimited, It only depends on your marketing skills
The brokerage will be based on the final deal price:
Broker will get 20% if the final deal is up-to $5000.
Broker will get 25% if the final deal is between $5001 to $10000.
Broker will get 35% if the final deal is more than $10000.
Please let me know if you are interested before contacting the potential end buyer, On request I can add additional A or CName record in the DNS records or host a web page on the current site to verify my ownership. Payment method and terms can be disscussed later.
