I'm brokering the sale of a search engine submission tool website/business.
Averaging over 10,000 unique visitors a month. Over 120 members and growing - members pay a monthly fee, while one-time users pay a one-time fee. Fees range from $15-$45. PR 5 and fairly good alexa rank.
Time required - 2-3 hours weekly to run entire business
