When you are in the domain manager, on the left side is a list of your folders. They are not alphabetical. If you have a lot of folders, its very hard to find one. They seem to have a random order. I believe they used to be alpha too but since the last UI update it has not been.
I wrote to Godaddy customer service to report this bug and I got an email yesterday that it would be a feature, and that feature is not supported.
Give me a break. Having folders in random order is not a feature.
