It's only two words so easier to remember.

If it's a mortgage company you might try to
find another domain with 'mortgage' in it. If your
company is going to be around a long time it's worth
getting a good name for.

FinancingHomes.com is a great intuitive domain for an information website. But I think TheHomeLoanSource.com is the best suited of these for a brandable company name.
