Well it was not clear in your first post.. So You cant close the auction without clarifying the right time in your first post.. Extend the auction till
10:30pm.. Or this thread will be reported to the MODS

I am not threatening.. what is right is right.. He didn't clarify in the first post so he cant just change the rule and last min say it is
10:30 am and not give the chance to other bidders to bid... So the auction should end at 10:30 pm since it is the last 10:30 for
sept 16th... And I think that is fair.

And You didn't win the auction because Auction rules were not clear and they can't be changed at the last min..

Read the post clearly. It still does not state clearly that if it is AM or PM so yes it is the last min change.. Read the following quotation.

Cam--- The seller made an error in his first post with time and date ....He clarified that in later posts and cleared it up,stating the date and whether it would end am or pm...it was not a last minute thing as you say. Anyway, whatever the mods decide is fine with me. Like I said before, the mods need to pass judgement in this situation, not you demanding a change in end time or you will report him.

And I am not demanding anything. What is right is right and it is fair since he didn't mention am or pm the auction should end at 10:30 pm since it is the last 10:30 for sept 16th (as it is mentioned twice 10:30 cst--no am or pm)

Mike mentioned 10:30 am CST in the last post.. not in the previous two post and it didn't give any chance to the other bidders.

as you can see, it was not a last minute thing, on 9/14/2010- 2 DAYS AGO- the am time was clarified- scroll up and see the timestamp - of course other bidders had a chance--it was 2 days ago !!!

OP did clarify am/pm two days before the end of the auction so it's ok.

Why do have so many problems in the $1 auction?????
