Buy trademarked domain

Hi, I plan to buy a domain which has been used as a business website before but died months ago, and now this domain is for sale. But the question is this domain has been trademarked ! Its trademark is exactly "abcdef.com" (abcdef is not real), is there any problem or risk to purchase and use it if I buy it?

Was it trademarked by the seller? If so, there is no problem. However, if the business that died did not have the right to use the TM which was owned by someone else, then you DO have a problem.
