Thanks on asking for explanation. May be many others have this doubt, thus thanks for pointing out, namewaiter.

It means buy for credit/debit/master/visa card. Thats the intention. Doesn't it imply that?

Not sure that implies much, you would have to develope it / advertise the way you want it taken.
