Wanted: Domain Buying links

Buying 1$ permanent links on any site as long as the site is listed in google, no pagerank needed. Permanent link on homepage.

I have a non adult and an adult site I want to link.

Only thing I do not want is gambling sites. mostly looking for entertainment, jokes, prank, fun, etc..

I know you would question why would sell permanent links for 1$ each.
Its because lets say if you own a few hundred, or even dozen sites that you do nothing with, they just sit. They have no revenue, no pagerank.
Why not stick a link at the bottom of each for 1$ each. your not making money on them anyway.
