If you have a site that makes money, PM it my way along with:
1. ONE YEAR of revenue proof.
2. ONE YEAR of expenses and anything you invested in the site, be it advertising or development or whatnot.
3. ONE YEAR of traffic stats.
4. Your asking price.
NO ADULT / WAREZ / ILLEGAL / QUESTIONABLE SITES
My budget for this is no more than $1,000 per site. No exceptions. If your site isn't worth the full $1,000 then don't use $1,000 as your price. Save us both some time.
