I'm buying .us keywords and geo-domains.
Here are some strict guidelines:
- Must be no more than 2 keywords and make sense (ex: FriedChicken = good)
- Geo-domains must be City or City & State only
- Don't waste my time on ridiculously long domains.
- Be prepared to show proof of traffic / revenue.
I'm offering between 1 and 5 years revenue, depending on the domain. If you have a "Gem" you can expect 5 to 10 years revenue (depending on various metrics).
