I've gotten a few calls lately on these two and I have no idea what to ask.

Any ideas?

Both domains are solid domains. And there will always be a demand for good real-estate domains.

Google results (with parentheses):
Buy this house: 6290
Buy this property: 23,000

Six extensions are registered for buythishouse and four for buythisproperty.

What will keep the valuation of the domains down a bit is the word “this.”
“Buy a house” and “buy a property” show greater search results.

Word tracker databases show a count of 578 for “buy a house” versus a zero
count for “buy this house.”

Nonetheless, they are still relatively strong names and could be valued
at $300 to $500 per name.

You can also consider selling them as a pair for $650 to $750.

I agree the value of these domains are in real estate where people want a place to sell there property or buy some. I think you'll get more if you find a buyer.

BuyThisHouse.com is a great sounding name, good enough to interest house buyers.

Estate agents use their web address in newspapers, 'this' could work like so

I agree with the above ... online realty is getting bigger every day and for a residential agent to be able to advertise at BuythisHouse.com/address or address.BuythisHouse.com would be a great asset. They could even lease subdomains to other agents in the network.

buythisproperty.com to me sounds more commercial. ( could be residential too )
I would think enduser pricing could fetch $x,xxx no problem.
