I have paid back every cent including escrow.com fees...
It was very ugly but IMO solved.

Had a 5,500 USD agreement and we did escrow using bizreef.com (he had a balance there). Bizreef.com did not want domain trades and so they sent the buyers money back after successfull transfer of the domain!!! (BEWARE OF BIZREEF!) I have Byte.net back now but it is locked for 3 months to name.com. So now only Name.com push is possible.
