.CA admin for charitable organization

I live in a small town and am involved in our local festivals, My e-mail address is the admin for the festival domain(s)

I purchase the domain for them - host/develop/update the site annually on a Voluntary basis

My Question is - if I get "Run over by a Bus" how will the organization get control of thier website - is there a document I can sign that states upon my demise the association can take the domain over without the need to hire a lawyer
