I think you must be thinking of 'asbo' which stands for anti-social behaviour (or banning) order - courts hand them out to idiots who consistantly make a public nuisance of themselves. They are banned from visiting certain areas of towns.

"fsbo" appears to be For Sale By Owner but I had to look that up on Google and as a someone from the UK it meant nothing to me, so fsbouk.com, not worth a lot (anything??), so as jasdon11 said, hope you didn't pay too much for it.

ummm .. no i'm referring to fsbo - 'for sale by owner' it's about 18% of our real estate market here in the US.
