Does anyone know for sure if the PIR would allow a change of registrant/ownership to take place on any two letter .org?

2 letter ? can it be 2 char? Then yes I sold one for some months ago and the whois info updated also.

Yes, they can be sold as well as renewed. There are no restrictions on current two-character registrations.

Why not. 2 char .org cannot be reg but that dont prevent you from changing whois :ok:

Yes they will - only if it expires does it go out of circulation.
