Can I park subdomains/subfolders?

Do any of the parking/monitizing programs allow you to park a subdomain or subfolder with them?

Example: can I point/redirect either of the two URLS to TrafficClub (or any other program):

Subfolder format:
goodisp.com/example/

Subdomain format:
example.goodisp.com

This is done by default at some parking companies but I know for a fact we do this with all domains at ParkItNow.com.
