Going back to my example of mgmfilms.com (which I don't own), I was wondering if it could be damaging to post questions here.

Suppose I posted that I'd bought this domain for resale, and asked for advice about it. If MGM saw the posting, could they cite this as evidence of bad faith?

In a UDRP? Are you kidding? Do you think there are rules of evidence for UDRP proceedings? They can use whatever they want to try to use.

In court? The answer is longer, but for practical purposes, it amounts to "yes".

And as far as "private messages" here go... do you think that Mr. Ricks will (a) hand over whatever is stored on this server or (b) spend thousands of dollars and possibly risk contempt for not complying with a subpoena to hand them over.

Does my signature make more sense to you now?
