Thanks for your message. May I ask what would be the trademark issue here? Canadian Prescription are generic terms. Americans get Canadian Prescription drugs from Canada because they are less expensive. Can generic words be trademarked? Plus even Canadadrugs.com doesn't use candianpresciption.com, they just keep it to point to their domain. It is like a Candian Bank, TD Bank keeping the domain www.insurance.ca to point to their Insurance arm.
