Every time we think we are stress free, dum @ss cancer strikes back in my family. So many diseases in this world, why? What part of Gods plan went wrong for it to create life that is haunted by so much disease and negative events that shape our lives?

A while back I came to the conclusion, that one lives many lifes and that each life is determined on our choices. Meaning, todays reality is based on what choices were made to lead to this one. Now I wonder, if choices were responsible for this life, then where did we all make the wrong choice in leading us to this world where its haunted by negative energy? Sure most of us try very hard to live a honest and positive life. But why would God give us the option of experiencing negative realities?!?

This whole religious cults that is responsible for more genocide then any leader on this planet has not solved or answered anything related to why we are here. You want me to believe that God created a reality where Angels and Demons fight one another for Power?!!! Give me a break. This whole world is infected with barbaric events. Nature is cruel!!!

I'm a believer of God, but sometimes I'm not sure who God really is and why it has created us in the first place? I see more hardship then I see happiness. Please don't compare yourself to majority of the world, cause you live in a country where you get everything on your street. I was born in a war thorn country and spend most of my childhood in refugee camps experiencing hardship from all types of people from all parts of the world.... humans are suffering and nothing seems to point to better days to come. We are told lies and lies and lies, this whole society is created from lies.

I assure you that life is full of bull shit, sure we get the odd day or hour of happiness. Years of reading philosophy, spiritual, etc has resulted nothing. The more I learn, the more I question. Spirituality states that we need to live positive and pass that energy to everyone around us and that we are responsible for our own downfalls. My question then is, why did God in the first place create a downfall path?

I was told a while back, that our current religion states that their is one all mighty God. The creator of all creation. My question was, then what created the creator itself? I was told, their is no answer to that and if you do question it, you would go insane.

From what I have experienced in life, it seems Stephen Hawking is right.

What ever the case may be, today I feel that God does play Dice with all of our lives and it's not fair. No one said life is fair, but who determined this! That life should not be fair or nature to be cruel. Destruction gives birth to newly born stars, then the new start makes its way to destruction. Life - Death - Life - Death - Life - Death..... and on and on and on.....

If I could tell God one thing, I would ask him to STOP THIS NONSENSE. Either choose to give us all the freedom of a reality which is free of hardship or just pull the plug and end the suffering. Stop playing dice with us.

I may not know what it's like to have cancer but I know what it is like to have a chronic illness. No matter what you believe spiritually, it can all be summed up as this: we have choices.

It is a choice to take what is given and use it as an inspiration to other cancer patients (children perhaps)? Or suffer quietly and be an inspiration to none. The same goes for the limited life we have on Earth: use it to inspire or be an inspiration to none.

I am sorry that this is happening to your family. Keep us up to date.

What part of the journey did our souls make a bad investment that we have to deal with today? Which part of GODs formula did go wrong that he had to include hardship and all this bull shit we deal with in life? Why does a animal feed on another animal? Survival? Bull Shit, why include Survival in the formula.... I get sick when I see an animal eat another animal while it still breathes. Nature and all the universe is cruel. What is the meaning of this cruelty?!! Neither you or anyone will ever be able to answer this.

Healthy people every day, hour, second get diagnosed with Terminal diseases or die in a horrific accident or murder. Don' t give me this bull shit comparison to wall street investments.

My brother was healthy, athlete, so smart in school he received averages above 100% - he was on his way to MIT - when suddenly one summer he fell on his knees and could not breathe suddenly.

When you make an investment, you have a choice.

We don't have a choice, if we did... we would choose a world where we could live in peace.

I am sad to hear that someone in your family is fighting cancer. However although sad the situation is not hopeless.

In regards to your comments on God and the Universe, all I can say is that as humans that live for mere 70-80 years we are not alive long enough to figure out life's deepest questions. No human has that capacity in such an extremely short life span. Philosophy only serves to confuse people more as does 'religion'. Philosophers only satisfy their own need and the human need for an answer, any answer for that matter that may make sense in their minds and quell the need to answer life's deepest questions.

We need to be humble first. Humble to admit that we are not capable of discovering the answers to life's deepest questions on our own accord nor on that of others'. Yet we have these questions. Why? If we have a Creator, why are we made with the capacity to ask the very questions you're asking. Shouldn't we also have the capacity to find the answer? Indeed, there are many answers, depending on who you talk to, but is there a Truth? Just because we haven't found the Truth, does that mean it doesn't exist? Should we just stop looking for it and live out our lives and so be it? Or should we accept the first 'philosophical' answer that fits our way of life or thinking and pretend like that is the Truth?

The fact that practically every 'religion' teaches life after death and even someone like yourself, that has little faith in 'religion' but believes in a 'higher power' and life after death, demonstrates that death (as in opposite to life) is not natural. Most humans believe firmly that life, in some form, must go on. We just can't seem to accept death as an end to existence. It just isn't natural. That's why we go to chemo to treat cancer or get check ups every year. We want to put the inevitable as far away in the future as possible.

But the questions remain: Why do we grow old and die? Why is there disease and suffering? Why do people go to war and kill as nations while as individuals they strive to do no harm and protect their family? Why is there so much war, crime, food shortages, earthquakes, and disease? What happens after we die? Why are we here? Is this life all there is?

Now, if there is a Creator wouldn't he have a natural bond to his intelligent creation like a father or mother to a son or daughter by the simple fact of one life emerging from another, if nothing else? And if this is so, wouldn't our Creator want to communicate with us like a parent with a child? And if he made us with the capacity to ask such questions, wouldn't he make the answers within our reach? I firmly believe so. Finally, if we struggle to find the Truth and satisfying answers, is this a problem with ourselves or our Creator?

All I want to say to you is don't give up hope, don't give in to believing this life is all there is, and don't believe that just because you don't understand, that a satisfactory answer doesn't exist.

If you add up the entire Human Existence on Earth; it adds up to one tenth of a second on the clock! compared to age of the Universe! a Single Human life seems not to even exist for a blink! This life and everything may be an illusion, but it's one cruel one.

I'm not giving up hope on anyone or life. Just to clear one thing, I do not believe in religion. I believe in GOD! Everything from this keyboard to the dust that creates life is all part of GOD. What I just don't like is this Positive and Negative energy that is used to create life!

Indeed we are just a brain and unfortunately this brain of mine and yours has a limit on processing information. It's limited power can't process or view the power standing right above us.

My best friend can't use his left leg anymore and slowly loosing everything else and his vision and eventually die from the disease. A slow death....

What will we all gain from this cruel reality? What is the meaning of all this! Sure I don't have the brains to process the answer. But if you ask me as a human, I can tell you its simply CRUEL to live in this world.

Hardship has many faces, the more you are exposed to the faces it has - the more you question it.

The human race will change over the long run, it's much better now then years ago that is for sure, sure it's slow but we are still moving in the right way.

God didn't go wrong we are the strongest and have mastered the earth, and hopefully humans will master doing things the right way, right now no one ever need go hungry or steal or kills to live. But yet only when all suffer greatly will change happen, humans seem to need it knocked into their heads and souls before they act on it.

Look the truth is we are all going to die and are 1 day closer to death every day, tomorrow we will be another day closer to our own deaths, people die from all kinds of things and at all different in their lifes. Is it fair your friend live his life this far, while a baby died when it was born, or that a young teen got into a wreck and died it's all fair.

This one guy went to his doctor for a full check up and as he was walking out, of the doctors office dropped died of a heart attack right there, we are all dieing it's just a matter of when we die is all. We need to all make the most out of the time we have, some people live more in one day then many do in a whole life time.

For me it's about taking some thing really bad, and try making some thing good come from it, or other wise it's like the suffering was all for nothing, when we make some thing good come from suffering only then can we win. Only then can we feel good about our lifes, and only then do we help others learn to hopefully do the same, and hopefully then we made our small link in the human chain of life a bit stronger.
