Can't transfer DNF$

Event though I have sufficient DNF$ I cant transfer them to another member.

I get this message "Sorry, you do not have that amount to donate"

Anyone else have this problem?

person is just a registered member, trying to transfer points so they can become gold member.

They can not post so i can not click donate.

I do not think they can get DNF$ either, then. If I remember correctly, you can only upgrade from gold or platinum, not a registered member.

Yes, that is correct. Registered Members cannot you use the DNF$ system. You can only upgrade from Gold to Platinum, or Platinum to Exclusive.
