I am selling the domain CarsDiscussion.com (The domain only). I had every plan to develop this site into a cars discussion forums (as you can see there from the work I did on its skin). They ave a tendency to grow really hugee (see : http://www.big-boards.com/kw/cars/). 
g However, with so much on my plate, I don't have enough time to develop it. 
And hence the sale.
The skin for vBulletin was purchased from vB styles and was customized a lot! If you buy the domain from me, I'd also transfer the license of the skin to you (with the backup of the customizations I made to it
). However, a vB license is available separately or I'd suggest that you buy a new one.
Also, as I never actually got around running this site so there is no traffic or revenue to speak of. But cars related sites are known to earn a lot.
