Instead of giving it back, you can keep it for you own use and only if you sell it, 25% of sale price is for me.

You better hurry with cd-player.org.
With DVD coming closer in price and mp3 player taking the portable market cd-players will lose much of interest.

However still nice name.
400K monthly searches and only 1,350,000 Google results give
an excellent low competition ratio.
Beautyful for development.
For resale .org is a minus, but you can have success too.
I can't say the price for name only, but personally would go into
developing it.

Hyphonated org- can't see much value in that. Your best bet is to stick a site on it and put it on ebay.
