this is a question directed to Namedrive.
Any chance you guys could change the contact form in these 2 ways:
- Get rid of the "offer"/currency field
- In the german version, change from "wird..zum Verkauf angeboten" to a more general "inquire here" sentence - in german of course
Reason is, there are cases (and not a few) where a clear offer to sell the domain is interpreted as "bad faith" registration/ownership in UDRP or court.
In my view, it'd be much better to either have a general contact form or a form that says *might* instead of *is* for sale.
Or maybe there is a way to build in a feature where the domain owner has the option to choose what the contact form should say/include ?
