I have changed many of my names to spanish language, but there still showing in english, more than 5 days later?

what have I got to do to change it to spanish

The default language of the landing page is determined by the browser language and the IP address the page is called from.

Changing the language of the domain will change the default keyword settings but you can probably get the most targeted Spanish advertisements by choosing your own Spanish keywords.
