I have had CharlestonGazette.com parked on sedo for the last 2 months. It receives on average 150 - 250 pure types ins a day. The click thru rate is about 30% on average. It makes between $2.50 - $4.00 a day. A screen shot can be sent to an interested buyer.

Here is a link to the sedo auction: https://sedo.com/auction/auction_detail.php?language=us&auction_id=43526&tracked=&partnerid=

People have been asking for a screenshot - so Im putting a link up for you to see as well: http://www.famphotos.net/charleston_sedo.jpg Remember that the revenue shown on the screenshot is in Euros and not Dollars.

2 hours to go on the auction - People are also asking in PM why Im selling and if I have had any TM issues. Im selling it cause Im in the process of changing my biz plan to only geos. I have adult names and some others for sale too. As for TM issues. I have had no issues at all. I infact contacted the newpaper company concerned about 2 months ago before parking the domain on sedo to see if they would buy it from me and they said they would get back to me and never did. So I have had no issues in that regard at all.

I think you do have an issue.
trying to sell a TM to the TM holder, man you got big coconuts.
who would be crazy enough to be the next owner?
I'm sure their lawyers are just waiting for the new owners name, to file the WIPO
