FYI: There is no .mx extension available in the drop down.
Just click on "view all extensions" or "Domain Prices" and you see all endings including .mx. With that many TLD's it is not possible to add all into the drop down.

not anymore. try $249!

I got confused there too - that's actually Mexican Pesos - they us the '$' symbol too. So they certainly are cheap!

249.00 MXN = 19.5819 USD
Mexico Pesos United States Dollars
1 MXN = 0.0786420 USD 1 USD = 12.7158 MXN

Biggedon, for what it's worth, Nic.MX has specials from time to time, the last one ended Sep 30 ($15/yr for a .MX but you had to commit to 2 yrs, I didn't go for it) not so hot a registrar but security is OK, and their .COM.MX has been $11/yr for some time (no 2-yr requirement) you can't add privacy there though

Name.com also just ended a $19.99 promo for just 1 yr for .MX so I'm 2 days late for this
No privacy available there either

I question why Go Daddy, NameCheap and others do offer privacy on .MX and .com.mx names when NIC.mx itself does not, isn't the decision as to whether privacy can be added to their own ccTLDs extensions only Nic.mx's to make ? and the others would have to go by that. I thought so, but then I saw that GD and NC do offer it which is great :?:
