Hey, what do you all think about cingulariphones.com and cingulariphone.com ? Remember, cingular is going to be the carrier for these apple iphones Both have them already started to get typein traffic. Please let me know your appraisals. Thanks.

I think you have to be careful

a) you're treading on 2 colossal TM names
b) in case you didn't hear, Cisco is suing Apple over the term iPhone so the final name could be something different given they didn't reach an agreement yesterday

hey, the latest i heard about that is that cisco was willing to "Share" the name but apple wasnt but still Apple said its going to go ahead with the name iphone and if cisco tries to get involved, they will take them on. just read an article on that. if anyone has any info on this please let me know.

Also, appraisals for the domains would be nice. thanks

Agree with above ^... you are walking an extremely thin line... I've gotten C+Ds for much much less...

That said, if you can milk the traffic for a while (if it gets any)....

I would appraise $40 each right now as is on pure speculation.... much more if they end up getting traffic. But it's way risky hence the low appraisal.

yep, just read that a couple minutes ago, but it doesnt look like apple is going to give up the name that easily imo.

thanks for the first appraisal. I was actually hoping the domains were worth in the thousands atleast since if Apple continues with "iphone" and I get go legal notice from them, then Im sure when the phone comes out, this should get tons of traffic. already has started to get about 15 visitors a day starting yesterday.
