For fellow Canadians, CIRA has started its CIRA Election Q&A Period at:

I have posted a question there, but to be honest, I find 2 of the 3 answers I got from the Candidates unsatisfactory: 1 simply misread my simply-worded question, another wrote something like this:

After a number of problems, CIRA should contact the registrar and send him an official complaint. After too many complaint, registrar could be non authorized to register new domain for ex...
