City/Place Name parking?

I have several place name domains for Maine locations - they are .me like portland.me. They are currently on Sedo.

Does anyone know of a parking type service that specializes in place names? By that I mean a parked page that serves up local maps, weather, business links etc.? localmatters.com is one I have come across but it has not been mentioned on dnforum before.

Would they build any google 'float' if I was able to get them listed in other local area sites/guides?
