CityHall.com just sold for 25k

Well, it looks like CityHall.com just sold for 25k on another board.

I think this just goes to show that there are still great deals to be found.

I would value this Domain @ well over $50k and maybe $100k to an end user IMO.

It looks like this sale just happened so if the Buyer and Seller are on this board maybe they can verify the sale.

Nice sale but it seemed it happened to quickly....they should have asked for more, oh well hindsight is always 20/20.

Congratulations to both the buyer and the seller! It's a good sale. However, the domain would be worth more indeed.
