I'm all for free money, but isn't this a wee bit frivolous? I can't see where a domain holder has suffered any damages by the registrar using their own holding page on a new registration. You could have changed the nameservers to your own anytime, or even specified them upon registration.

Suing registrars can only be bad for our industry. If it's successful it could bring bankruptcy to registrars like godaddy and enom.

Seeing that it exclues Network Solutions, makes me wonder who's behind this.
 
I agree it certainly sounds frivolous - isn't that a Philadelphia telephone number - is there something about Philadelphia lawyers :laugh:
