A very neat proxy site, last 7 day average is $3.79.
Yesterday it made $5.92. Today we're already at $2.49,
barely 6.5 hours into the day. Traffic is growing RAPIDLY.
Here are the adsense impressions for it, for the last
7 days (barring today):

domain, easy to remember. That's reflected in the
searches it gets, and the number of visitors who

Adsense made almost $17 this month so far. I don't
think proof is needed, but if anyone wants to take
it for BIN (just $100), I'll send over screenshots.
Bandwidth is very mild, around 20+ gigs per month
currently (and that's including two spikes it had in
the month), this is a very "relaxed" website in that
respect.
I've never promoted it since purchasing it. The former
owner had a bold listing on proxy.org but that expired
around March 4th, so what you see is what you get -
You don't need to promote it to keep the site going at
the current rate apparently.

receiving roughly 30-50 submissions monthly last
I checked, but that was a while ago, right now
assume no submissions at all, so you're getting a
nice site, that's all.

CGI Proxy.
* Site is 5 months old.
* Great keyword domain, would be easy to promote for
Myspace unblock/er related keywords.
* #5 on google for "Myspace Unblocker" (without quotes!).
Over 2,600 hits from google for that term only, so far this month
(March). #7 for the keyword "unblocker" (without quotes).
It's on page #3 (result #25) for "myspace unblockers"
(without quotes) and still got a good 200 hits from that term
alone. In other words, search engine visibility is there, just
link it a bit better and you'll be on your way to improved results.
Also ranks for several other keywords, which receive a smaller
amount of visits (but they do add up)
* So far $16.57 in March, February was $30.91.
* Low Maintenance - I never once promoted it since I bought
it several months ago. Not by posting, buying links, exchanging
links etc.
* Low bandwidth, used up around 4.5 gigs so far this month
(according to server stats, not just web stats which are often
skewed, as you know).
* Includes 4 domains redirecting to it, with myspace keywords. These are:
http://www.turbomyspace dot info http://www.myspace2u dot info
http://www.surfmyspace dot info and http://www.totalmyspace dot
info (they just redirect to themyspaceunblocker dot com)
Screenshots of google adsense, webalizer stats are available
to anyone who makes a reasonable offer, or if you decide to
take it at the BIN price pending viewing screenshots. I will
provide an extensive array of screenshots to serious potential
buyers.
BIN was $350 (on another site), now lowered to Just $275,
will consider lower offers within reason, but due to the age, low
bandwidth and maintenance, and search engine marketability,
I probably won't go much lower.
