I believe it's reasonably popular in Mongolia so it's not junk really, but as soon as you want to use it elsewhere it becomes meaningless (true for almost any ccTLD in fact).
Oh yes it can stand for Minnesota but pretty much any extension can be pimped with 'could stand for' statements

As it stand this domain doesn't have ANY reach. It's one thing to say what it 'could' be used for but, without development, nobody is going to know about it regardless of ambition. As for the 'right buyer' - that comment can be applied to any domain in any extension but, at least in my experience, that in no way reflects the more likely reality. Generic terms in appalling extensions generally follow the route of domainer to domainer shuffle and the greater fool theory unless solidly developed. Also you have to factor in the $50 yearly fees and, accepting your $100 to the right buyer statement, registration + one renewal only equals break even.

Now we are getting into semantics. I provided an "actual" appraisal. I don't consider renewal cost or registration in analysis because then everything becomes "relative". I do not know how many names you've sold. But I've never had an end user ask me for "relative price". Perhaps this name will follow the domainer to domainer shuffle... but it has "movement potential" irregardless if it's to the right buyer or not.

It isn't worth anything. Sure, $199 would be a great sale. Should we buy it fast before it goes back to the vault? What a world it would be if worthless names could be sold for $199. What an amazing place this has become. Not a single human will pay you $199....not even those who tell you it is worth something. I know....I am wrong and everyone else is right. People don't understand what an appraisal really is. If there is a less than 10 percent chance that you will ever find a buyer to give you $100 then the name isn't worth $100. People neglect to factor in the odds of them getting the perfect sale. They never factor in the time and effort spent to get that sale, either, and they usually don't factor in the registration fees that add up year after year.

The name is worth zero no matter if it sells or not, because you would not be guaranteed to get anything if you listed it in a thread for sale here. If you buy a lottery ticket for $1 the ticket is not worth what you would get if you get lucky. The ticket is worth what you could sell the ticket for right now.

$199 right now for a name like this shows that you think someone would rather have this name than $199. I think not. I know not. Ain't happening. Wishing prices don't happen anymore. Reality rules in the domain game. Don't let these people steer you into these horrible extensions like .mn, .co, etc. It is garbage land, so you can help yourself by not even going there. The only people who think they are worth anything are those who are trying to unload horseshit names on others.
